We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Please email us at customercare@sunnyangela.com and we will rectify this right away! 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get over 200 more new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS and as a result elevated levels of daily returns. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped. 

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Should you choose to return, Sunny Angela does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Lingerie, Swimwear.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • All items with prices ending in $ .11 is considered Final Sale and cannot be return or exchange for store credit.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • Sunny Angela is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Sunny Angela E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Helpful Hint: Sunny Angela is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Sunny Angela will not issue store credit for your returns.
